VISION
The purpose of history is to ensure that time is understood better by evaluating past events in relation to place, time, cause and effect. Atatürk's Principles and History of Turkish Revolution course aims within the framework of history to teach Turkey's emergence and development ranging from Ottoman Empire period to modern-day to the Turkish youth with scientific methods, and to unite Turkish youth in an indivisible unity with the country, nation and the state around national interests in the direction of core values of Atatürk's principles and Revolutions and the Republic. By this way; as Mustafa Kemal Atatürk said, the Turkish child will find the strength to do bigger things so long as he knows the ancestors. The university youth, which has undertaken an important role in shaping the future of the Turkish state and society, will be able to transfer the knowledge to future generations by learning more about the historical and cultural values.
